Long Trail Pale Ale

This week's beer feature is Long Trail's Pale Ale. Long Trail is a relatively new company but has a lot to offer. Here's the rundown of what to expect from this pale ale. Appearance is a copper/bronze with a thin head and some nice lacing. The aroma and taste are nearly identical. It has a bold hop aroma. Tastes of floral and really piney hops, a light malty sweetness in the middle and a nice bittber bite to finish it. Mouthfeel is very smooth with a medium carbonation.
Long Trail may be a relatively young brewery but they brew big, bold craft beers. If your an American pale ale fan, you should probably give this one a shot. It has all the makings to become an instant classic.
